The e-DBA team will support your environment when possible issues are raised by the client. This gives clients a low cost of entry into remote support services and has the flexibility of being able to be upgraded or modified at any time.

These two options can then be modified to suit individual customer requirements. Typical options available are 24/7 support, monthly or quarterly health checks, tuning and diagnostics and upgrade services. These options can all be purchased as part of an overall package or on a ad hoc basis.
